Job summary

Billerud is seeking an experienced Device and Mobility Management Specialist to strengthen the IT End User Services team. You will shape and evolve the endpoint and mobility strategy, ensuring secure and reliable operations across Windows, iOS, and Android, with Intune as the core platform.

You will work with Configuration Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID, and related technologies, collaborating with security, service desk, and stakeholders worldwide to deliver modern digital workplace services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with device management in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop endpoint and mobility management services with Microsoft Intune as a key platform.
• Manage Windows, iOS, and Android devices including security and deployment tasks.
• Drive improvements in device management and workplace modernization.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders globally.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and governance for services.
