Job summary

Billerud is seeking an experienced Device and Mobility Management Specialist to strengthen our IT End User Services globally. You will shape and evolve our endpoint and mobility strategy, focusing on secure, reliable, cost-efficient devices and mobile solutions across the organization.

Based at one of our sites in Sweden, you will work with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Autopilot, and Entra ID while collaborating with security, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
Experience managing Windows clients and mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management.
Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and communicate in Swedish and English.
Relevant academic education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously develop endpoint and mobility management services with Microsoft Intune as a key platform.
Manage Windows, iOS, and Android devices, including security, compliance, deployment, and lifecycle activities.
Drive improvements within device management and workplace modernization.
Collaborate with Service Desk, technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders globally.
Maintain documentation and governance for services.
