Job summary

Nordic Investin is seeking a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to drive end-to-end business solutions with a focus on Dynamics 365, Dataverse and integration architecture. You will ensure security and Power Platform discipline while aligning architecture, delivery and production behaviour.

The role emphasizes testing assumptions, documenting trade-offs and operability as part of design, with visible leadership and disciplined decision making to move work forward efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Practical experience applying integration architecture and security.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving Power Platform.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Responsibilities

• Own the practical direction for end-to-end business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Establish useful standards, routines or artefacts around integration architecture.
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting security.
• Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve Power Platform.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team.
