Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect to design and lead scalable Microsoft business applications across Sales, Service, Marketing and Power Platform. You will shape strategy, run discovery workshops and own the technical architecture from concept to delivery.

You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, translating requirements into practical technical solutions while promoting best practices in security and integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect or Lead Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and solution design.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, Azure services and modern Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading customer workshops and translating requirements into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and customer conversations to understand business needs.
• Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Power Platform.
• Own technical architecture from initial concept through to delivery.
• Produce high-level and low-level solution designs.
• Act as the technical authority on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Guide development teams and promote best practice across architecture, security, integrations and solution design.
• Design integrations with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Work closely with project managers, functional consultants and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
