Job summary

Equinix, Inc. is seeking an Operations Compliance Manager (Expert level) to implement compliance and local legislative requirements across multi-site operations in EMEA.

The role requires auditing expertise, strong regulatory knowledge and coordination with global and regional stakeholders. Local site audits, certifications, and program management are central responsibilities, with travel required to conduct audits at various locations.

Qualifications

• Proven years of experience in a relevant field of compliance preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related subject preferred.
• QISBC or EHS certification preferred, qualified lead auditor/implementer in at least one standard preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead complex compliance audits.
• Act as expert SPOC for the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) for advanced audit activities.
• Perform site level audit evidence reviews and ensure sites in scope are prepared for upcoming audits.
• Manage and follow-up on complex audit findings.
• Identify processes to be audited based on expert knowledge of criteria and controls.
• Report findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage rollout of new certifications and sustenance of existing certifications within sites in scope.
• Participate in wide-ranging external audits as SME.
