bioMérieux SA in Göteborg is seeking a Senior Marketing Director for the Molecular Franchise – EMEA. You will lead regional strategy, coordinate launches, and align with global teams to regionalize the molecular portfolio across eight clusters, navigating a matrix organization across global, regional and local marketing teams.

The role requires 7–10 years in marketing in the IVD industry, master’s degree, travel ~30%. Open-ended contract with competitive compensation.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of marketing/commercial experience within the IVD industry.
• Experience in Molecular market and regional/cross-country roles in a matrix environment.
• Proven managerial experience and successful product launches, franchise ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Regional Strategy & Planning: align regional priorities with global objectives and synthesize local inputs.
• Launch Management: lead regional coordination for new product launches and localize for market impact.
• Global & Local Collaboration: act as regional interface for global product/market management and cross-functional alignment.
• Operational Effectiveness: centralize or harmonize activities across clusters for scale and efficiency.
• Leadership & Management by Influence: lead a high-performing regional team and navigate matrixed environments.
