Job summary

TERASi is seeking a senior embedded software lead to own and drive firmware development across the product range. You will work hands-on in the lab with hardware engineers, shaping architecture and team growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will design and implement firmware in FreeRTOS, integrate gimbal control software, and push data from flight controllers and IMUs to motor controllers. This role requires independent action and strong debugging in real hardware.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in embedded software and hardware integration.
• Expert embedded C/C++.
• RTOS-based firmware development, ideally FreeRTOS.
• MCU programming on modern platforms (RP2350, ESP32 or similar).
• Serial protocols in practice: UART, I2C, SPI.
