Job summary

Justera Group is seeking an Expert Embedded Software Developer to join a collaborative engineering team working on telematics products and connected vehicle services. You will contribute to an advanced embedded information system communicating with vehicle systems, cloud and back-office platforms, enabling Fleet Management and uptime services.

The role sits within an organization undergoing technology transformation with a focus on new product development and a future vehicle connectivity

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
10+ years of professional experience in modern C++ development.
7+ years of experience in telematics product development or a closely related technical domain.
7+ years of experience in software architecture.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality embedded software using modern C++.
Contribute to the architecture and development of next-generation telematics and connected vehicle solutions.
Drive technical investigations and evaluate new technologies, tools, and approaches.
Perform requirements analysis and subsystem verification in collaboration with the development team.
Design and contribute to robust software architectures for embedded systems.
Work with Embedded Linux, including configuration, patch application, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams in an agile product development environment.
Share technical knowledge and contribute to communities of practice.
Take ownership of technically challenging tasks and act as a technical leader when exploring new areas.
Contribute to creating customer-focused solutions with high quality, reliability, and performance.
