Job summary

Accenture is seeking Embedded MCU Software Developers to join the automotive team in Gothenburg. You will design, implement and integrate low-level MCU software and platform basic software for safe and secure, real-time capable ECU platforms.

Based on-site in Gothenburg, you will work in an interdisciplinary setup, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to platform software, RTOS, drivers and security concepts while adhering to timing constraints.

Qualifications

Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or a comparable technical field.
Solid experience in embedded software development for automotive MCUs, ideally in safety-relevant or low-level environments.
Hands-on experience with MCU platform software, RTOS, low-level drivers, or basic software concepts.
Familiar with real-time constraints, timing analysis, bootloaders, and embedded security concepts.
Willing to travel occasionally depending on project needs and able to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Fluent English; Swedish and/or German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and integrate low-level MCU software and platform basic software to meet timing, safety and security requirements.
Enable stable and testable ECU platforms used in series automotive products.
Develop real-time tasks and timing-critical features for multicore MCUs.
Contribute to secure boot, bootloader functionality and cybersecurity concepts.
