Job summary

International Data Centre Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical installation activities on a major data centre site in Eskilstuna, Sweden. You will coordinate labour and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and align with the project programme.

The role requires strong hands-on electrical skills, prior supervision experience in M&E contracting, and readiness to work across European deployables with rotation and accommodation options provided.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant Electrical Trade qualification.
• Previous Electrical Supervisor experience within an M&E contracting environment.
• Strong hands-on electrical installation and site delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing electrical labour and subcontractors.

The Company

This international contractor delivers large-scale turnkey data centre projects across Europe, covering design, construction, M&E installation and commissioning.

They are looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to join the site team on a major data centre project in Eskilstuna, Sweden, with flights, private accommodation and rotational options included.

The Role: Electrical Supervisor

As Electrical Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day electrical installation activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with programme.

You will work closely with the Electrical Construction Manager and wider project team, taking responsibility for short-term planning, productivity, quality and electrical works across your assigned area.

Must Have Requirements

• Relevant Electrical Trade qualification required.
• Previous Electrical Supervisor experience within an M&E contracting environment.
• Strong hands on electrical installation and site delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing electrical labour and subcontractors.

Preferred Experience

• Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.
• Previous European project experience beneficial.
