Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Gothenburg is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to contribute to electrical platform development for Volvo Bus products. You will work on installation design, 3D packaging, and harness production support, coordinating with engineering teams and manufacturing.

The role requires strong Saber and CATIA V5 skills, electrical engineering background, and English proficiency. It offers a full-time permanent position with relocation support and professional development

Qualifications

Experience supporting electrical component development through packaging and installation design.
Experience designing, reviewing, and approving technical packaging solutions.
Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, review, and approve packaging solutions in line with electrical architecture strategies.
Develop schematic layouts, bundle drawings, and 3D packaging models for electrical installations.
Support suppliers with installation data for wiring harness manufacturing.
Visit Volvo Buses production facilities as needed to support engineering and production.
