Siemens Energy in Finspång seeks an Electrical & Control Systems Trainer to equip staff with essential knowledge for our products and systems. You will deliver engaging theory and hands-on training, collaborating with the Training Center team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

The role emphasizes technical expertise, teaching Aptitude, and strong communication in Swedish and English, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements and development within the Gas Services

Qualifications

Experience with electrical and control systems in engineering, design or related fields.
Strong knowledge of PCS 7 and/or T3000 is essential.
Interest in training and knowledge transfer; teaching or mentoring is a plus.
Clear, engaging communication of complex technical information.
Site-based work familiarity is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver theoretical and practical training sessions on electrical and control systems.
Develop and adapt training programs and materials to meet business needs.
Contribute technical expertise to improve training content and delivery.
Support participants in their professional development while upholding EHS standards.
Collaborate with trainers, training coordinators, and stakeholders to represent the Training Center.
