Role Overview

As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in the administration and coordination of Capture Energy’s service offerings—primarily Capture Flex and Service Agreements with SLAs. You will help ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and efficient communication between customers, internal teams, and external partners. This role is essential to the success of our long-term service relationships and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Capture flex (optimizing the revenue from our customers’ energy storage systems:

  • Own and maintain accurate site and customer information for all new and existing contracts.
  • Coordinate the initial site setup between customers, service providers, and our internal service team. Both technical and commercial.
  • Support Capture Energy’s service providers, engaging internal technical specialists when needed.
  • Manage changes in equipment or service providers.

Service Agreements & SLAs:

  • Own and maintain accurate site and customer information for all new and existing contracts.
  • Administer and track service agreement documentation.
  • Oversee invoicing processes related to service contracts.
  • Manage documentation for ongoing maintenance activities.

Qualifications And Skills

Essential:

  • Proven administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and digital tools.
  • Demonstrated technical curiosity and aptitude.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.

Desirable:

  • Technical education or certifications.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles with customer contact.
  • Familiarity with the energy sector or service-based contracts is a plus.
