Your Role:

As PU Manager for Heating Materials in Hallstahammar you will be responsible for managing the production unit, while ensuring that safety, quality and production and productivity targets are consistently met. In this role you will lead a team of 8 individuals and collaborate with cross-functional departments. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational and strategic goals. You will be a member of BU Heating Materials management team and interact with stakeholders from different parts of the world.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain and develop the overall vision and strategy for the business and ensure we execute according to strategy.
  • Set and monitor the performance of the business against standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control, legal compliance, and human resource management.
  • Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team of senior managers to ensure that the business achieves its objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Manage financial- and work environment responsibility.
  • Ensure effective communication and inclusive leadership to create cohesive teams.
  • Oversee both PU Hallstahammar and common site-functions.

About You:

You are a leader with a dynamic approach to workplace management and your previous experience showcases your proven ability to operate effectively on both tactical and strategic levels. You excel at driving continuous improvement from idea generation through planning, mobilization, execution, and follow-up.

Your inclusive leadership style, ability to build accountability and exceptional communication skills in combination with your deep knowledge of production processes and performance measures, set you apart. You have previous experience in working with strategy and target setting and have comprehensive operations and business understanding.

You possess a relevant educational background and have several years of experience in a leadership position. Both English and Swedish are used daily in the organization as you thrive in both local and global contexts.
