Job description

We are looking for a Education Coordinator for a global company in Eskilstuna. Start is in august, 12 months contract to begin with. As an education coordinator at the company, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customerexperience at the demo field. Your main tasks will include carrying out machine presentations, demonstrations and test drives, while showcasing the machines to visitors. Additionally, you’ll be involved in developing the demofield, participating in larger events and exhibitions, and contributing to photoshoots. You will also have the opportunity to lead trainings, provide feedback on customer clinics, and contribute to the development of newproducts.

The team:

You will be part of the Customer Experience & Events team for the Europe/International region, supporting dealers and other functions across multiple regions. This dynamic team works together to create unforgettable experiences for our visitors and partners. Qualifications:

• Deep passion for customer experience. You are an experienced operator of construction machinery or someone eager to combine that skill with the opportunity to present our innovative solutions,.
• Teamplayer with acustomer-oriented mindset and have the drive to overcome challenges and explore new ways of working.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and innovative thinking
• 5 years of similiar tasks.

Fluency in both Swedish and English is required for this role.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Eskilstuna. Start is in August, 12 months contract to begin with.
