About us
Safety, Quality and Regulations Team is a part of the Tactical Circle within Electromobility, which is a part of Group Trucks Technology (GTT).
The Electromobility Quality Management System team in GOT is responsible for establishing an industry-leading QMS by defining comprehensive, highly effective, streamlined processes and successfully deploying robust quality assurance & controls that adhere to relevant automotive standards & regulations, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This enables the Electromobility organization to realize its vision and mission seamlessly.
Our team has footprints in Gothenburg and Bangalore, collaborating with GTT organizations worldwide to continuously improve our ways of working.
We are now looking for a QMS Process Expert to join our team.
Main responsibilities in this role:
We are responsible for defining quality standards for the products being developed. Key responsibilities include:
• Engineering Product Development & Supporting functions process definition – documentation of process flow diagrams, process steps, guidelines, templates, & checklists.
• Translating theoretical process requirements into practical, implementable development steps tailored for our products and projects.
• Collaborating with Engineering & Support teams to understand current workflows, practical challenges, and product use cases to optimize the development process.
• Process Deployment - ensuring ASPICE, Functional Safety & Cyber Security Process Compliance and deploying defined processes across projects.
• Supporting feedback loops for process improvement ideas from project teams.
• Conducting / assisting in ASPICE, Functional Safety & Cyber Security Process Trainings.
• Supporting overall Electromobility Quality ambitions by ensuring Process & Product Compliance.
• Developing robust quality assurance & control mechanisms, identifying relevant risks and issues.
Who are you?
You are driven, self-motivated, and innovative. To succeed, you should be a great team player, analytical, and a problem solver. You will work closely with development teams and other functions to ensure the highest quality and safety for Electromobility systems and components.
We believe you have the following knowledge/experience:
• 8 – 10 years of experience in Automotive quality, processes, and standards.
• Practical experience with ASPICE, Functional Safety workflows.
• Extensive application of automotive SPICE for software, hardware, and mechanical domains.
• Understanding of product development, verification & validation lifecycle, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with process areas based on business needs, tools, and infrastructure considerations.
• Experience in Quality Management practices supporting automotive embedded systems and multidisciplinary projects.
• Preparation of process documentation.
• Skills in diagnosing & resolving process issues and improvements.
• Experience auditing quality management systems.
• Ability to interface independently with stakeholders.
• Exposure to product development with a system approach.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Creative and systemic thinking skills.
