Electrical Construction Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre

Eskilstuna, Sweden | €90,000–€110,000 + Rotation Package | 3:1 Rotation

One of Europe’s most respected M&E contractors is scaling into the hyperscale data centre market — and they’re assembling a senior delivery team to lead the charge.

This is your opportunity to take full ownership of the electrical delivery on a €8M greenfield data centre build in Sweden. From day one, you’ll be boots-on-the-ground — driving programme, leading crews, coordinating with a Tier 1 GC, and ensuring the install is first-class.

What’s on offer:

€90,000–€110,000 salary

3:1 rotation (flights, accommodation, food allowance all covered)

Monday–Friday site hours (07:00–17:00)

Greenfield, hyperscale data centre project

Work directly with a senior PM with 20+ years' data centre delivery experience

Clear route to Project Manager as the pipeline grows

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading all on-site electrical works on a €8M package

Managing subcontractors, labour, suppliers, and sequencing

Driving planning sessions and programme alignment

Ensuring quality, safety, and delivery targets are consistently met

Liaising with the GC and wider project team

Supporting commissioning and handover

Mentoring junior staff to maintain consistency across site

What we’re looking for:

5+ years managing electrical works on large-scale builds

Data centre, pharma, or mission-critical project experience

Electrical trade or engineering qualification

Proven ability to manage complex M&E packages

Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills

Proficient with drawings, QA/QC processes, and redlines
