If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

What You Will Do

As a Digital Product Manager within People Digital & IT, you work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. You understand end users, customers, and business needs, utilizing user journeys and design thinking to ensure the digital product delivers continuous value. 2. Ensure that business & digital initiative strategies and goals are visualized and well understood.
  3. Maintain an overview of products offered, identify synergies, and ensure business flow is adequately supported.
  4. Manage and lead stakeholder and end-user interactions.
  5. Regularly collect feedback through measures, analytics, and end-user input.
  6. Design the user experience with the user at the center and ensure the product provides continuous business value.
  7. Provide analysis and insights on market, technology, product trends, and the competitive landscape.
  8. Understand and leverage AI in our digital products.

You will collaborate with three other Digital Product Managers focusing on different portfolio parts, including global travel & expense and health & safety capabilities, where global rollouts are imminent. You will lead these rollouts and establish future product organizations.

You will also serve as a Digital Product Area Manager for time management, payroll & benefits, overseeing local applications across 54 countries working with local Digital Product Managers. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects to shape our future, working in a global, agile environment.
