About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Master Thesis intern with a passion for making a difference. In this role, you will work on an efficiency improvement research project involving data analysis, automation, and visualization of R&D projects. The role is based at our office in Kista and includes collaboration within cross-functional R&D teams. Join a strong and positive team at the heart of Radio Product development!


What you will do:
  1. Conduct data trend analysis and provide insights to improve predictability and efficiency.
  2. Support Program/Project leaders and Finance Controllers in planning and communication.
  3. Develop automated reporting and visualization tools to monitor project progress.
  4. Apply mathematical models and AI techniques in data analysis for optimized forecasting.
  5. Refine tools and processes for decision tracking and process efficiency.
  6. Participate in transformation initiatives to enhance resource, cost, and process efficiencies.
  7. Support analysis of financial and capability trends.
The skills you bring:
  1. Proficiency in Data Analytics tools, AI, and Mathematical Modeling.
  2. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and handle dynamic situations.
  4. Integrity, a positive attitude, and a fact-based approach to decision-making.
  5. Familiarity with Finance principles is a plus.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
