Job summary

STAND STUDIO is seeking an E-commerce Manager to own the online sales strategy and execution. You will lead the D2C growth, optimize conversion, and collaborate with our digital agency to develop standstudio.com.

The role includes people management for the e-commerce and customer service teams, plus cross-department process improvements. Swedish and English communication skills are essential, with a background in fashion advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Budgeting and performance analysis experience with reporting.
• Customer-centric mindset with knowledge of conversion rate optimization and customer acquisition.
• Experience with digital marketing (SEO, SEM and paid social).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English.
• Relevant academic education.

Responsibilities

• Developing and optimizing STAND STUDIO's D2C e-commerce offering.
• Defining growth and profitability strategies and goals.
• Following up on sales and results.
• Planning and executing campaigns and activities.
• Product enrichment and online merchandising.
• Managing the development of standstudio.com, together with our digital agency.
• Leading digital marketing initiatives together with the team and our digital agency.
• The role includes people management responsibility for the e-commerce and customer service teams.
• Work closely with other departments to improve internal processes.
