ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking a Deployment Specialist to support the Standard Orders and Order to Cash processes within Microsoft D365FO. The role involves configuring and testing, documenting requirements, and guiding local teams through process changes.

Standard product and configured product order flows in Microsoft D365FO

The Deployment Specialist for Standard Orders is responsible for supporting the standard Order to Cash flow in Microsoft D365FO, covering sales orders for standard and configured products.

Main process focus

• Order receipt and processing in D365FO
• Request for Order flow from OneCRM or external order sources into D365FO
• Standard product orders
• Configured product orders
• Request Items and customer unique items
• Purchase order flow to supply chain
• Order acknowledgement, delivery, invoicing and order follow-up
• Automated order processing and no-touch order flow where applicable

Typical responsibilities within the process area

• Identify process gaps in standard order handling
• Support configuration and testing of the standard order flow
• Validate integrations between OneCRM, D365FO and supply chain services
