Job summary

ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking a Deployment Specialist to support the Standard Orders and Order to Cash processes within Microsoft D365FO. The role involves configuring and testing, documenting requirements, and guiding local teams through process changes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, run workshops, and ensure smooth data migration and integration with OneCRM and supply chain services.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft D365 and related business processes.
• Ability to document business requirements clearly.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply template processes and identify potential gaps.
• System configuration and customization.
• Identify data to be migrated and plan integrations.
• Conduct testing and provide training for key users.
• Document pre-studies, configurations and workshops.
