Job summary

Vitamin Well Group is seeking a Digital Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of the DTC digital experience. You will collaborate with engineering and design to turn discovery into deliverable products that create measurable value.

You will define priorities, drive iterative development, and align in-house teams with external partners, using AI to enhance discovery, personalization and the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or management for DTC e-commerce.
• Experience leading iterative development with engineering and design.
• Hands-on with in-house teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital experience and product roadmap across our DTC sites, end to end
• Run iterative, outcome‑driven product development together with engineering and design
• Translate business goals and customer insights into a clear, prioritized backlog
• Coordinate delivery across in‑house team and external agency, maintaining quality
• Define success metrics and use data and experimentation to guide priorities
• Use AI to improve discovery, personalization and customer experiences
