Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Pharmacovigilance Alliance Contracting and Management. You will provide strategic leadership for PV contractual relationships and alliance governance, while building a high-performing team across multiple sites in Europe and beyond.

The role requires a strong track record in PV contracting, risk management, and executive collaboration to ensure compliant and efficient alliance execution for patient safety and business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience, incl. 8 years in drug safety with PV responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of global PV regulations and alliance governance.
• Proven leadership in matrix environments and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and local PV agreements negotiations and execution.
• Oversee PAC team and develop capabilities.
• Govern PV alliance governance and risk management.
• Advise senior leaders on contractual obligations and compliance.
• Partner with Legal to maintain PV agreements templates.
• Drive continuous improvement in PV contracting processes.
