Job summary

Sobi is seeking a PV Partnership & Operations Director to lead its global PV partnership and operations function, ensuring compliant collaboration with GPV, clinical development teams, and external vendors. You will set strategy, oversee case processing and safety data management, and drive audit readiness.

The role requires at least 10 years in pharmacovigilance, strong leadership, and knowledge of GVP and GCP.

Qualifications

• University-level qualification in biosciences, healthcare or pharmacy.
• 10+ years of pharmacovigilance experience in the pharmaceutical industry including case processing and safety data management.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex operations.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PV Partnership & Operations function, setting strategic direction and governance.
• Ensure PVAs, GVP and GCP compliance and partner oversight.
• Oversee study safety data management and safety reporting.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and continuous improvement activities.
