Job summary

Lilly in Sweden is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Regional Pharmacovigilance to lead operations across the regional hub, translating global strategy into local action and ensuring compliance across affiliates.

You will manage PV personnel, coordinate with GPS, QPPVs, and MQO, and build relationships with health authorities while maintaining incident management, reporting, and CAPA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years pharmacovigilance experience in pharma.
• Experience supervising multi-affiliate teams and regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional pharmacovigilance operations across aligned affiliates.
• Ensure compliance with global GPS processes and local regulations.
• Develop objectives and development plans for regional PV personnel.
• Oversee QPPV network and regulatory engagement.
