Schneider Electric seeks an exceptional Leader of Embedded Software & Controls to guide the next generation of intelligent edge controllers and software-defined platforms. You will run a global embedded team, defining architectures, and partnering with hardware, cloud, and application software teams to deliver end-to-end control systems for building automation.
You will balance new product development with sustainment, advancing RTOS/Linux platforms, security, and edge-to-cloud integration while
Formación
- Proven track record leading embedded HW/SW teams
- Hands-on architecture, debugging and product delivery experience
- Deep understanding of embedded systems, real-time software and distributed control
- Experience with RTOS and embedded Linux on edge platforms
- Familiarity with BACnet/Modbus and edge-to-cloud architectures
Responsabilidades
- Lead the embedded SW/control platform org and grow the team
- Define software architecture and roadmap for edge controllers
- Collaborate with HW, cloud, app software and product teams
- Drive product development from concept to scale and sustainment
- Establish engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, cybersecurity, observability
