Jobgether SRL in Sweden seeks a Director of Professional Services, WordPress VIP, to lead a high-impact, AI‑driven enterprise delivery organization. You will oversee migrations, implementations, and complex engagements for major customers, balancing delivery with commercial ownership.

You will shape repeatable offerings, drive revenue and margin, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management to optimize outcomes in a fully remote, globally distributed setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in Professional Services or delivery
• 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS/PaaS
• Experience defining offerings, pricing, and repeatable delivery models
• Commercial ownership including revenue, margin, and expansion
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Professional Services organization overseeing migrations, implementations, and custom enterprise engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance, including project health, escalations, customer outcomes, and timelines.
• Develop AI-augmented delivery capabilities to accelerate execution and increase efficiency.
• Define a portfolio of offerings that can be scoped, priced, sold, and delivered with flexibility for enterprises.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to scope, price, and expand customer engagements.
• Set strategic direction for Professional Services within the Customer Experience leadership team.
