Job summary
Jobgether SRL, partnering with a Sweden-based company, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to own customer-impacting incidents from initial investigation to resolution. You will work remotely in a cloud-commerce environment, combining Linux administration, networking, databases, APIs, and cloud tech to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
You’ll collaborate with developers, product teams, and account managers, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or related technical field with 3+ years of experience.
- Strong Linux administration experience, Linux CentOS or RHEL preferred.
- Proficient in Linux, networking, DBs, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent English communication; remote work capability and incident-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own technical support tickets end-to-end and diagnose incidents.
- Provide guidance on product functionality, configurations, and best practices.
- Investigate issues using Linux, logs, networking, DBs, and APIs.
- Maintain accurate ticket records with investigation steps and resolutions.
- Create and improve technical notes and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with developers and account managers to resolve issues.
