Job summary

Strawberry is seeking a Digital Sales & Marketing Analyst to serve as a trusted business partner and commercial challenger. You’ll dive into cross-channel data, identify why sales fluctuate, and proactively bring new solutions to the table—turning insights into execution. You’ll empower the Digital Sales team with actionable insights to optimise performance.

Location: Solna or Oslo, hybrid. Working languages: Swedish, Norwegian, or English.

What you will be doing

As our Digital Sales & Marketing Analyst , your main role is to be a trusted business partner and commercial challenger. You’ll dive into our cross-channel data, pinpoint why sales fluctuate, and proactively bring new solutions to the table – including the ones we didn't know we needed.

A core part of your mission will be to support and empower our Digital Sales team - led by Rebecca de Sousa, Director of Digital Sales - providing them with the actionable insights needed to optimize commercial performance across our channels.

(We’re not looking for a human dashboard generator to just pull static numbers. We want someone who tells the story behind the data and makes things happen.)

• Identify improvement potential and increase digital performance
• Dig into the why behind performance shifts. Evaluate campaign effectiveness, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition to present bold, actionable ideas to our Digital Sales leads.
• Analyze performance across digital channels (SEO, paid media, direct traffic) and contribute to CRO initiatives by identifying conversion drop-offs and evaluating A/B tests.
• Drive Initiatives Proactively. Take full ownership. Spot opportunities, ask the brave questions ( "Have we looked into this?" ), and run with them.
• Balance Strategy & Speed. Move seamlessly between fast ad-hoc requests and broader strategic thinking. You keep a high pace and know that a pragmatic answer today often beats a answer next month.

Who we think you are

You are a curious commercial storyteller who naturally digs beneath the surface and has the confidence to translate raw data into persuasive business recommendations. You are pragmatic and action-driven , thriving in high-tempo settings where you choose momentum over perfectionism when speed is required. You might currently be working at a digital agency, consultancy, or startup, feeling ready to step over to the "client side" to own projects end-to-end. Or, you might already be in-house, looking for higher momentum and sharper colleagues.

• Strong experience with digital marketing (for example paid media)
• Strong experience with digital analytics tools (e.g. GA4, PowerBI) and a solid understanding of the digital customer journey. Whether you already know SQL or are eager to learn on the job matters less than your analytical mindset.
• We believe you have a solid background in digital analytics (around 5+ years of experience), but what truly sets you apart is your commercial acumen, technical confidence, and ability to drive impact through data.

Details: You will report to Dianne Robillos, as part of her Commercial Insights & Personalization team. Here, you get a solid data community of analyst colleagues to spar with, while acting as the primary bridge to daily commercial execution Location: Solna or Oslo (with flexibility through our hybrid office setup).
