We are recruiting a Digital Product Area Manager for the Capability Area, reporting to the Capability Area Manager.
Our team is based in Älmhult, Sweden. We believe that your presence with the team and working most of the time in the workplace is important.
This role is a natural next step for someone ready to lead with both business and people in a digital context. As Digital Product Area Manager, you will be part of the newly formed Capability Area within IMC, enabling greater simplicity, consistency and efficiency in how IKEA content is created, produced and distributed across our markets. You will lead the development and operations of the digital products in your portfolio, manage a group of Digital Product Leaders, create the conditions for empowered teams to deliver user and business value, and contribute to a clear direction and roadmap that supports both business needs and long‑term capability development. In this role, you will report to the Capability Area Manager and work closely with the Business Process Partner group, the Capability Area Planning Leader, stakeholders across IMC and beyond to turn strategy into impactful outcomes.
You will be accountable for the assigned portfolio of digital products and platforms, securing running business, support and service performance, and development progress. Together with your digital product teams and partners, you will shape priorities, follow up on performance, and help build a strong product area with clear goals, aligned ways of working and a strong value focus for users and the business.
