Job summary

Neo4j is expanding Aura DevEx and seeking an ambitious engineer to help make Aura a product, not a knowledge gap. You will enable engineers to develop in Aura, improve onboarding, and build user-friendly tools and docs that scale with demand.

You’ll work with multiple platform teams to streamline workflows, ship developer-facing assets, and push the AI-related aspects of Aura forward while maintaining a strong focus on usability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience writing developer-facing docs and tooling.
• Clear writing and empathy for users/new developers.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based dev workflows.
• Golang is used across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Help Aura developers build in Aura and reduce setup overhead.
• Improve workflows, docs, and tooling for engineers.
• Support incubation and onboarding for teams.
• Collaborate with Software Delivery to keep the paved road intact.
• Provide feedback to platform teams to improve the platform’s UX.
