Job summary
Pacera is seeking a Developer Experience Engineer to join the new DevEx Team in Stockholm/Espoo/Riga. You will focus on engineering effectiveness, developer joy, and streamlined software delivery across the lifecycle.
You will shape AI-assisted development practices and create self-service platforms and templates to empower engineers to deliver high‑quality software with reduced friction.
Qualifications
- Experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps.
- Ability to automate and build tooling.
- Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
- Interest in AI-assisted software development.
- Collaborative mindset and influence through expertise.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted and agentic software development practices.
- Build and evolve shared AI capabilities, engineering tools, and developer platforms.
- Improve developer workflows, onboarding, documentation, and self-service experiences.
- Create reusable templates, golden paths, and standards to move faster.
- Enhance CI/CD capabilities, quality gates, and software delivery processes.
- Measure and improve engineering effectiveness using data and developer feedback.
- Partner with development teams, Cloud, Security, Compliance, and Architecture to remove friction and enable secure, scalable delivery.
