Qualifications

  • Has experience in fashion design and product development.
  • Has a strong eye for fit, proportion, and material quality.
  • Is highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D and technical drawing.
  • Has experience creating tech packs and managing product development through production.
  • Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Is organised, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making processes.
  • Strong sewing skills, including constructing/modifying garment prototypes, are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop menswear and womenswear collections.
  • Conduct seasonal research on fabrics, colours, silhouettes, and trends.
  • Create sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs.
  • Develop garment construction, fit, and detailing.
  • Work closely with suppliers throughout the sampling and production process.
  • Review and comment on fit samples, salesman samples, and PPS.
  • Source and develop fabrics, trims, and garment details.
  • Ensure products meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
  • Contribute to collection planning and product strategy.

Job description

Séfr is a Swedish fashion brand creating premium menswear and womenswear with a focus on refined tailoring, contemporary silhouettes, and carefully developed fabrics. Our collections are sold through a curated network of retailers worldwide as well as through our own e-commerce platform. We are now looking for a Designer & Product Developer to join our team and help shape the future of Séfr.

About the Role

Working closely with the founders, you will play a key role throughout the entire product development process—from initial concept and design to the final production-ready garment. This position combines creative design with technical product development and requires close collaboration with our suppliers across Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop menswear and womenswear collections.
