Job summary

Kappahl Kids in Mölndal near Gothenburg invites you to join our design team as a Designer for Kids and Tweens. You will shape the fashion offering, balance creativity with commercial thinking, and translate trends into profitable product ranges.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, ensure a sustainable assortment, and guide development from concept to delivery while staying true to our brand vision and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in textile & fashion design or equivalent.
• Experience of similar tasks and responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of textile product development and materials.
• A keen eye for fashion trends and a strong fashion intelligence.
• High digital competence, practical experience of relevant digital design tools.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

In this role, your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a commercial, profitable and sustainable product range according to the design and assortment process, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor\'s degree in textile & fashion design or equivalent
• Experience of similar tasks and responsibilities
• Extensive knowledge of textile product development and materials
• A keen eye for fashion trends and a strong fashion intelligence
• High digital competence, practical experience of relevant digital design tools and the ability to manage different systems
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
