Lynxeye is seeking a Design Lead to drive brand identity development and UI/UX quality from concept to delivery in collaboration with senior design leadership. You will manage design processes across diverse disciplines and guide junior designers on high-profile client projects.
The role emphasizes strategic brand thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to move across interaction, print, and spatial design while collaborating with global clients from our Stockholm office.
We are looking for a Design Lead, who is convinced that strategic design can create real business value when based on profound human insights and future scenarios. The role is based at our Stockholm office, but you will work internationally with colleagues and clients.
Do you want to push evidence-based design forward on a global market?
The Design Lead role is vivid and variable. We work in close collaboration with clients in our projects, and you will work together with a team of strategic, creative and analytic experts.
Your primary job is to lead brand creative development, ensuring the highest possible standards from start to client delivery. Besides being a brand identity design expert, we highly value that you have experience from UI/UX projects. We are eager to find the right candidate, this could be a mid-level or more senior role depending on fit.
At Lynxeye, we share a passion for making companies understand how they can progress by making a positive change for people, businesses, and society. We believe you share that passion with us. You demonstrate a humble attitude and a genuine curiosity to explore a wide range of ideas, as well as Lynxeye’s other skills areas. In addition, you bring solid business acumen and a strategic mindset to every project.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a high level of understanding of brand strategy and have the ability to comfortably move across creative disciplines, including interaction, print, and spatial. We believe you are experienced working with stakeholder management, and that you thrive working with a variety of clients for shorter projects, as well as one client for longer periods of time. At times, you may also work independently on smaller projects. Experience from work with sales and pitches is a plus.
In this role, you would likely work with one of our larger clients in Asia. Therefore, it is considered a plus if you are able to travel to Asia a few times a year.
We will interview continuously. The preferred start date is as soon as possible, but we are flexible for the right candidate.
