Job summary

Dover Corporation (SWEP, Landskrona) is seeking a Design Engineer to own the product lifecycle from tool design to global updates. You will design tools using Autodesk Inventor, verify mechanical aspects, and lead changes with international colleagues.

You will collaborate with Design, Product, Project and Prototype Engineers and provide tool expertise to the Landskrona plant. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in CAD and technical drawings.
• Experience with production processes is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written.

This role is part of the Product Engineering team (R&D) at SWEP, a division of Dover Corporation. You will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from tool design to global updates.

Responsibilities

• Design cut- and forming tools as well as BPHE components using Autodesk Inventor and Teamcenter PDM.
• Plan and execute mechanical verifications, manage component changes, and author technical reports.
• Coordinate projects and implement process updates worldwide with international colleagues.
• Provide product and tool expertise to the Landskrona plant and cross‑functional teams of Design, Product, Project and Prototype Engineers.
