Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, economics, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience or strong interest in demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and/or purchasing
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and forecasting/replenishment tools is a plus
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Replenishment planning to ensure products are available at the right time and in the right quantities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain inventory control and forecasting models
  • Monitor stock levels and balance service levels with capital efficiency
  • Analyze supply chain performance, track KPIs, and propose improvements
  • Conduct overstock reviews and campaign planning
  • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and supply chain performance updates to management
  • Participate in development and improvement projects
  • Collaborate with logistics, IT, retail, quality assurance, and key account management
  • Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate supply chain processes

About the Role

As a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock availability through replenishment planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management. You will analyse sales data, manage replenishment activities, and support supply chain optimization efforts. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers, internal departments, and customers to maintain efficient and reliable inventory flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenishment planning – ensuring products are available at the right time and in the right quantities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain inventory control and forecasting models
  • Monitor stock levels while balancing service levels and capital efficiency
  • Analyse supply chain performance, track KPIs, and propose improvement initiatives

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems and forecasting and replenishment tools is a plus
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
