A leading home furnishings company located in Älmhult, Sweden, is seeking a Demand Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate forecasts to ensure product availability globally. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. The position is permanent and requires a presence in the workplace. Your new role as Demand Planner
As a Demand Planner in Range Area Children’s IKEA. You’ll turn insights into action - using sales plans and data to create accurate forecasts that help our supply chain run smoothly. You’ll be the superhero behind the scenes - predicting what our little customers (and their grown-ups) will want, when they want it, and where it should be. You’ll be part of a diverse and inclusive team that’s passionate about creating a better everyday life through play. Your mission? To make sure our playful products are available across the globe, just when they’re needed.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-changing and complex world. You have a talent for turning complexity into clarity, making insights easy to understand and act upon. Forecasting is about numbers, so strong analytical skills are essential - but just as important is your ability to collaborate, build trust, and create strong relationships across the organization. Experience from working with different product groups as a Demand Planner is a strong advantage.
