Job summary

Kognity is seeking a Content Coordinator to keep content work moving smoothly across its Content Operations team, freelance contributors and Product/Tech groups. You’ll own end-to-end content projects, coordinate contractors, and help implement AI-powered workflows.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-workstream management, and rapid learning to elevate content quality and delivery globally.

Qualifications

• Background in content coordination or operations, ideally within tech, product, digital publishing or EdTech.
• Proven ability to keep multiple workstreams organised and moving, ideally with a tracker or system you've built to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, able to adjust tone and detail for audiences from freelance contributors to legal and finance stakeholders.
• Fast learner who picks up new tools, platforms and content systems quickly, with minimal repeated guidance.
• Skilled at turning scattered information, such as feedback threads or contractor performance notes, into clear improvements patterns and concrete recommendations.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, decisions, and execution

Responsibilities

• Deliver small content update projects, acting as the single point of contact from brief through authoring, QA and upload to live deployment, ensuring every asset quality.
• Run the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, from sourcing and briefing freelance subject specialists to onboarding, tracking assignments and closing out engagements cleanly.
• Triage and route incoming content feedback from users and internal teams, tracking it through to resolution and surfacing patterns that shape content priorities.
• Work on third-party content rights, permissions and licensing, keeping records audit-ready and escalating copyright questions to the right stakeholders.
• Build and maintain the trackers, dashboards and documentation that give the content team visibility over its work, and help bring AI tools into everyday content operations.
