What you'll be doing

Your main mission is to implement and maintain customer solutions built on Core. You'll work closely with Delivery Architects and clients to turn requirements into working software—fast.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and deploying customer solutions on Core together with Delivery Architects.
• Working iteratively with short feedback loops and direct customer feedback.
• Building features, fixing bugs, and shipping improvements continuously.
• Identifying recurring patterns and proposing generalizations into the platform.
• Contributing to Core development when opportunities arise.

We're looking for someone who likes building things that actually get used. You should be comfortable in our stack and able to deliver with pace and quality. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of industry experience and thrives with variety—shipping new features, iterating on customer feedback, and contributing to platform development.

We value pragmatism over perfection. When something is done twice, it should become a script or a platform feature. You use AI tools as a natural part of your workflow and actively suggest automation that speeds up future work.

Technical skills
