Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
At Inly, we're not just building software—we're building the operative system for modern businesses .
With Core , our composable platform, we help companies transform their operations, automate workflows, and launch new digital experiences—faster, smarter, and with fewer tradeoffs.
This is hands-on, applied software engineering: you'll build solutions that solve real problems for real businesses, seeing immediate impact on how organizations operate.
Core is our answer to the complexity and rigidity of traditional IT projects.
Too many businesses are locked into off-the-shelf systems that barely fit, or forced into expensive and slow custom builds. Core changes that. It's a composable operations layer that connects your existing systems—ERP, CRM, legacy tools—into one unified context where both humans and AI can operate on the same data, processes, and rules.
Instead of replacing what works, Core brings a customer's best-of-breed stack together and enables automation and efficient workflows on top.
With Core, we can:
Your main mission is to implement and maintain customer solutions built on Core. You'll work closely with Delivery Architects and clients to turn requirements into working software—fast.
Your responsibilities will include:
We've been building digital solutions for over 15 years—but right now, we're in the midst of something new. Core wasn't created overnight; it's the natural outcome of years spent solving similar challenges for clients, over and over again.
Today, we're reshaping Inly around Core. By joining us now, you'll step into a pivotal moment—helping transform real businesses using Core, while also shaping the future of the platform and the company behind it.
Inly is built around two teams: Platform builds and maintains Core itself. Delivery applies Core to customer problems.
As a Delivery Engineer, you're closest to where Core meets reality—with direct influence on what gets built next.
We're looking for someone who likes building things that actually get used. You should be comfortable in our stack and able to deliver with pace and quality. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of industry experience and thrives with variety—shipping new features, iterating on customer feedback, and contributing to platform development.
We value pragmatism over perfection. When something is done twice, it should become a script or a platform feature. You use AI tools as a natural part of your workflow and actively suggest automation that speeds up future work.
Looking for a role with more client ownership and strategic influence? Our Delivery Architect position focuses on leading customer transformation—running discovery workshops, designing solutions, and owning the client relationship from start to finish. Less code, more business and design.
