Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience at Managing Consultant / Senior Manager level or equivalent in Defence, security, or government.
• Strong knowledge of the Swedish Defence and security environment and procurement landscape.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex consulting engagements involving transformation, technology, or program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex consulting engagements for Swedish Defence clients.
• Support partners in identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the Swedish Defence market.
• Act as a role model for PA values, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
