Qualifications

- Strong understanding of the Swedish Defence environment.

- Track record in business development through proposals and account growth.
- Experience with digital, data, AI solutions in Defence contexts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Eligible for relevant security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver consulting engagements for Swedish Defence clients.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Support in identifying new opportunities in the Swedish Defence market.
- Build strong relationships across government and Defence industry.
- Lead project teams and support the development of junior colleagues.
