Job summary

Cambio, a Nordic leader in e-health, is seeking a Software Engineer focusing on database development to join Data & Analytics. You will work on database solutions for high performance, reliability, and secure long-term data storage to support analytics and reporting.

Based in Linköping or Stockholm, the role is full-time with a hybrid model (three days in office). You will collaborate with teams to optimize schemas, procedures, and data flows while adhering to security and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with T-SQL and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of database design principles, including normalization and indexing.
• Experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance stored procedures and functions.
• Experience with query optimization, execution plans, and performance tuning.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize database solutions to support analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data reliability and performance.
• Participate in architecture discussions to improve data models and storage strategies.
