You’ll be embedded with teams, bringing a point of view and shaping data-driven decisions. Build self-serve surfaces, ensure data quality, and influence future data platform investments for real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Solid SQL skills and ability to turn questions into actionable insights.
• Experience in analytics engineering and data analytics or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience building/maintaining a production data modeling layer (dbt) with tests and docs.
• Business-minded approach: understand teams' goals and push back when needed.
• Strong communication: explain methods to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset: care about whether the work lands and its impact.

Responsibilities

• Turn questions into clear, trustworthy answers delivered in the right form and channel.
• Build self-serve surfaces and documentation to help teams answer their own questions.
• Own and evolve the data layer - dbt models, metrics, semantic definitions.
• Proactively surface data patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure data and metric quality through testing and monitoring.
• Influence data platform decisions about data, tools and capabilities.
