Syntrace is hiring a Data Scientist based in Stockholm or Gothenburg to turn conversations and usage into actionable insight. You will build models to measure AI quality, discover usage patterns, and design experiments in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

You will join a senior team that has scaled companies and tackle hard problems where accuracy is the product. Strong Python/SQL and statistics are essential, along with clear thinking and ownership of meaningful work.

We are now hiring a Data Scientist, based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.

You will turn conversations and usage into insight: building models that measure the quality of what our AI delivers, finding patterns in how customers use the product and designing the experiments that make it better. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.
