Job summary

Hultafors Group is seeking a Data Product & Service Owner to drive the development, governance, and adoption of data products, analytics capabilities, and master data processes across the Group. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology to ensure trusted data underpins better decisions and AI capabilities.

You will own data products lifecycle, work with data engineers, architects, analysts, and leadership to evolve data platform, reporting, and master data governance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as Product Owner, Service Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with Data & Analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the roadmap for Data & Analytics products and services.
• Lead the prioritization of data initiatives and manage the product backlog.
• Capture and translate business requirements into actionable development plans.
• Drive adoption and value realization of reporting, analytics, and data services.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain governance processes that ensure trusted, high-quality data.
• Lead and coordinate Master Data Management initiatives across the Group.
• Drive improvements in data quality, ownership, stewardship, and data standards.
• Support strategic initiatives within analytics, automation, and AI.
• Monitor KPIs, business value realization, and user adoption.
• Support communication, training, and change management activities.
