Tenth Revolution Group in Sweden seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end data migration programs for enterprise clients, from assessment and planning to cutover and post-migration support.

You will engage clients and internal teams, define migration strategies, manage multi-phase deliveries, ensure data quality and shape how migrations are delivered—driving complex, mission-critical programs and developing colleagues along the way.

Formación

• 5+ years' hands-on experience in data migration, ETL and related IT projects.
• Thorough expertise across the full end-to-end migration lifecycle.
• Deep hands-on ETL and data integration experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience running migrations using industry-standard tooling such as ADMM Syniti, Informatica, SAP BODS or equivalent.
• Strong project management background delivering multi-phase initiatives on time and in scope.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders from technical teams through to C-suite, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Previous consulting and project delivery experience across multiple large enterprise clients.
• Broad exposure across industries and migration scenarios.
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.

We are working with an established consultancy hiring into a newly created strategic role. They deliver complex data transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across multiple industries, working with business-critical systems and data assets alongside both global and local stakeholders.

The role

A senior position leading large-scale data migration projects end to end, from conception through to successful completion. You'd own the full lifecycle - assessment, planning, design, execution, testing, cutover and post-migration support - and be the person clients and internal teams look to when a migration has to land cleanly.

Day to day, you will:

• Engage clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks and develop comprehensive migration strategies
• Own detailed migration planning including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines and success criteria
• Apply data quality assurance, validation methodologies and testing frameworks to protect data integrity throughout
• Identify, assess and mitigate risk, developing contingency and rollback strategies for mission-critical migrations
• Work across process teams, IT, deployment teams and business units, translating technical migration concepts into language non-technical stakeholders can act on

This is a delivery-owning role rather than an advisory one - you'd be accountable for migrations landing, not just for the plan.

What we're looking for
