Collaborate with stakeholders to drive solution-focused discussions

Set the Data Domain Scope - describing the attributes, roles, stakeholders.

Define data definitions and establish governance practices for managing critical data elements within the Domain scope

Lead initiatives that directly contribute to bank’s future as a truly data-driven enterprise

Participate and organize meetings and working groups to coordinate efforts and drive strategic decisions

Gather requirements from various departments to understand their specific data needs

Establish and implement data standards, rules, and quality requirements

Identify and document key business processes and applications related to Domain scope

Identify potential gaps for application, technical, business lineage and drive remediation activities

Deep dive into information, data to become expert in IT applications & infrastructure Data

It is preferred that the consultant has supported bank before and is aware of the Data management in bank.– It would be really good to find a person who has worked with us in the Data Management topic in last year or so.
