GTP Domain Architect

We are looking for an Azure data architect, with a good overall understanding of available services in the Azure Analytics stack and a demonstrated experience on Databricks. This person is required to take the technical lead in the Group Truck Purchasing data domain area in the role of domain architect. We need this person to keep everything together but also to have practical experience to actually dive in and setup different environments & services.

What you will do:

As Data Architect, you will ensure that the products delivered by your stable team are aligned with the global target architecture. To support this position, we are looking for a Data Architect Azure with a good overall understanding of available services in the Azure Analytics stack, an advanced experience on Databricks. This person will work with DPO, Data Analyst, Data Engineer & Data Scientist from stable team, but also Architect community to define architect with right quality, relevant business value and maintainability in long term. Moreover, he/she also needs leadership skills to take the technical lead role and discussion with Business Stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture.

• You provide technical leadership, you participate in development efforts, and you represent the full internal and external capabilities of the platform.
• You will be an active member of the architect’s guild to oversee data management process and provide guidance and direction to development teams.
• You are responsible for the design, documentation of the solution in your domain.
• You have experience on Databricks, ADLS storage, SQL DB, ADF and Power BI.
• You have experience in defining and owning end-to-end scalable Data Architecture taking into account enterprise architecture and industry standards.
• You are used to develop, document and maintain logical and physical data models.

As a Domain Architect

In addition to being the Data Architect of a Stable Team, you are in charge of supporting the DPAO (Digital Product Area Owner) in addressing the requests of the DPAM (Area Manager). You define the roadmap and support the Stable Teams in the prioritization of their backlogs. You have constant focus on the alignment of the products with the Group target architecture. You are in charge of demonstrating its value to your business stakeholders.
